Agreement

By using SlowDwn (the website, Chrome extension, and mobile apps), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The product

SlowDwn provides intentional friction for distracting apps and sites—not hard locks. Free access includes limited services (1 without an account, up to 3 with a free account). Features, platforms, and limits may change as we ship.

Beta software

Extension and mobile builds may be beta or invite-only. Beta software may be incomplete, change without notice, or contain bugs. Use it at your own risk for personal productivity; do not rely on it for safety-critical or regulated workflows.

Paid subscriptions

SlowDwn Pro is offered at $9 per month or $99 per year (same pricing as on the Apple App Store where available). Pro unlocks unlimited services, cross-device sync, and full program depth as described at purchase. Prices may vary by region and store.

If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds for App Store purchases follow Apple's policies. Deleting your SlowDwn account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

For any direct web billing we offer later, refund terms will be stated at checkout.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and do not share accounts in a way that abuses free or paid tiers. You can delete your account in the iOS app (Settings) or on the website (Dashboard → Settings). Deletion removes your SlowDwn account and synced data; it does not cancel store subscriptions.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer, abuse, or disrupt the service; attempt to bypass security; or use SlowDwn to violate others' rights or applicable law.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SlowDwn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.
